Yoga and meditation have been woven through my life for over 25 years. During that time I have traveled extensively and studied with some of the most prominent and gifted teachers, with lineagesreaching back to the roots of this vast ancient tradition.
Alex Hatha Yoga has been developed by Alexandra Stevens, a fully qualified Yoga instructor. Alex believes Yoga is a way of life and has been studying and practicing yoga since she was 12 years old.After completing the British Wheel of Yoga Foundation course, she then travelled to an ashram in the Himalayas to complete her teacher training course. She is a Restorativeand Chair Yoga teacher, trauma-informed and a Mental Health First Aider. Her classes are community-focused, suitable for all levels and aim to be inclusive and accessible. I teach online Hatha yoga classes for all ages and abilities. Classes are friendly, welcoming and non-competitive. Classes include postures, breathing, relaxation, mindfulness and meditation which aregreat for back care, flexibility, strength and managing stress/anxiety, total health and wellbeing. I also provide online one-to-one health & wellbeing programmes in sleep therapy, health, weight & lifestyle management & life coaching.
Empowering children aged 5-10 years old teens aged 11+ to gain resilience, self-esteem and remain calm through Mindfulness and yoga. During the session we make our bodies strong and flexible throughyoga poses delivered by stories and music. I have activities and games to teach about the body, emotions and being Mindful.
