I could not quite put it into words or put my finger on why, but I just knew I always felt better after my yoga class! Then my teacher encouraged me to deepen my personal yoga practice by signing up for the YTTC Teacher Training Course in 2009. The mental space yoga gives you is invaluable, offering respite from daily stresses time on your mat just for you, time to stretch and breath. I now enjoy teaching gentle, but dynamic yoga classes in the Studio for Yoga at the Temple.
