Ann-Marie & Ella are best friends and yoga teachers and they have designed the Yoga therapy lounge conveniently located on Princes Avenue, to offer a wide range of yoga classes with various teachers including, Hatha Yoga, Power Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, Pilates, Yoga for Arthritis and Back Pain, Kundalini Yoga, Body Conditioning & Stretch Classes, Laughter Yoga, Pilates for Mobility, Pregnancy Yoga and Mummy & Baby Yoga.
With its colourful Moroccan theme the studio oozes style and their passion and love of yoga and holistic health is infectious.
