Many people seeking an antidote to the stresses and strains in their lives find the ancient disciplines of yoga helpful. Others find the study and practice of Yoga intrinsically interesting and rewarding and for countless others it is the fascination of the two.

Introductory Courses are held periodically subject to demand, and are specifically designed for people new to Yoga and for those who have practised Yoga in other forms. Basic concepts and techniques of Traditional, Classical, Raja and Hatha Yoga are explained and explored.
