Yoga is a fun way to improve your flexibility, core strength, health and wellbeing. Whether you're looking for some quiet time, a good stretch after sitting at your desk all day, or maybe to strengthen and tone up; there's something for everyone. I teach a contemporary Hatha yoga style. Lessons may include pranayama (breathing techniques), mudras (hand gestures), meditation, mindfulness as well as the asanas (poses) normally associated with yoga. The classes won't include chanting, singing and sharing personal information as I have found this opens up my practice to all religions/beliefs/non believers and supports those more concerned with improving their physical wellbeing.
My classes are friendly, non-competitive and suitable for men and women of all ages and levels. If you haven't tried yoga before then why not come along and give it a go. You don't need to be bendy, vegetarian or a hippy!
