Impact Yoga

Impact yoga combines all traditional style's of yoga but brings it into the 21st century. The postures are simple, progressive and challenging all at the same time with the emphasis on helping each person to become focused, strong and fit. My aim has always been to teach yoga in a modernised way that is non pretentious and easy to follow. Traditional practices can leave those that are less flexible perhaps feeling inadequate because they are not able to complete the full postures - my classes cover adaptations and modifications so that everyone can feel part of the session and continually improve over time. Impact Yoga classes are not spiritual or bogged down in tradition. The only aim is to get results, results RESULTS in our time limited fast paced culture.
