Now, fulfilling her dream to teach in her very own yoga studio, Tina offers a variety of classes with teamed classes by the amazing Yoga Teacher Jess Ball. Tina is delighted to be able to share her love of Yoga with Jess, and together they are passionate about improving the health and vitality of others.

All the classes offer a unique range of Yoga styles to suit everyone, at any time of life. With over 15 weekly classes, pop up yoga and 3-4 retreats a year there are many opportunities to join in and find something that your mind and body need the most.
