My name is Rachel Cook and I am a qualified adult and children's yoga teacher. After my second child was born in 2006 I knew I did not want to return to my corporate career and decided to fulfill my 10 year long dream of training as a yoga teacher. My passion for yoga began over a decade ago whilst backpacking across India. Since then, yoga has become part of my everyday life.
